Staff Completes Safety Training Day

On Friday, April 22nd K&S Millwrights held our annual company-wide Safety Training.

Safety training, standards and precautions, proper use of equipment, and OSHA regulations are all things K&S Millwrights places a high priority. Twenty-five of our staff, including foremen and crew members for our new construction sites and repair work sites, attended the all day intensive training.

• Jason Giefer, 3M/DBI SALA: Fall Protection & Safety Harnesses
• Clay Bollin, Sr. Construction Specialist & Travelers Insurance: Construction Safety, Hazard Communication, Blood Borne Pathogens, Eye and Face Protection, Ladder Safety
• Howie Rossell, AgriDry: Confined Space, Permits, Hot Works, Welding

In addition to this training day, K&S Millwrights completes multiple other training sessions throughout each year to keep our certifications current and our safety standards elevated, which include forklift safety, DOT Driver’s, CPR, First Aid, AED, crane signaling and rigging, and more.
