K & S does good work. Very professional and timely. They will do what it takes to get the job done on time. We had a storm come through and blow my grain setup down in June. They came right away, got me a quote and helped me deal with insurance. K & S did a complete tear down and rebuild, handling everything from demo to finish. It was done in time for harvest.

Brad and his staff were very detail oriented when planning and executing the construction of our seed corn drying plant. K & S Millwrights met our deadline for completion, even though we had excessive rainfall throughout the spring and summer, which included three separate rainfalls of 4+ inches. Even though K & S Millwrights had never constructed a seed corn dryer, they managed to equal, and in some cases, outperform construction companies that have had years of experience. The Sentinel steel framed building I purchased from K & S is well designed.
I am pleased with the service I have received from K & S when needed during our fall harvest season.

We needed a crane a few times in 2015, with moving equipment around for our new plant. We usually didn’t get much notice when equipment was shipping and K&S was very good at getting me a crane on the spur of a moment. Jim D. did most of the work for us and he was good to work with. He got things done in a safe and timely manner.
