Brad and his staff were very detail oriented when planning and executing the construction of our seed corn drying plant. K & S Millwrights met our deadline for completion, even though we had excessive rainfall throughout the spring and summer, which included three separate rainfalls of 4+ inches. Even though K & S Millwrights had never constructed a seed corn dryer, they managed to equal, and in some cases, outperform construction companies that have had years of experience. The Sentinel steel framed building I purchased from K & S is well designed.
I am pleased with the service I have received from K & S when needed during our fall harvest season.

We needed a crane a few times in 2015, with moving equipment around for our new plant. We usually didn’t get much notice when equipment was shipping and K&S was very good at getting me a crane on the spur of a moment. Jim D. did most of the work for us and he was good to work with. He got things done in a safe and timely manner.
